Donate

Donations are critical to enable our mission. All donations will be used with integrity to support the program. We have operating program needs and request your support to help cover costs for equipment, supplies, transportation, uniforms, incentives, and other administrative needs. The Milwaukee Bucks support and strongly believe in CSI; we hope you do, too!

Volunteer

Volunteering opportunities are available in the CSBA: 

• Team Head Coach 
• Team General Manager
• General league staff, including officials. 

If you are interested in volunteering, please send an email to Creamskills@gmail.com specifying what position you are interested in.

**All volunteers must be 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check.

Own a Franchise

Interested in becoming a franchise owner? To own a CSBA franchise … 

• The purchaser must pay a franchise fee.
• The franchise must be represented by a Milwaukee business. 
• Players on team must be city of Milwaukee residents. 
• And the franchise owner must select a coach for the team.
